color, style or coordinating apparel. Our sweaters, knits and jackets have a relaxed
fit. Please follow the chart below to determine the proper size. We urge
you to order your regular size. If the size ordered does not fit to your
satisfaction please call 1-800-397-9801 to arrange for a return authorization.

If you need to exchange or return your purchase, call our toll free number

All exchanges or returns must be done within 30 days of delivery.

If you select second business day or Next business day, your order must
be placed by 12:00 noon Mountain Time to qualify.
Most orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Delivery by UPS
Ground should occur within 5-10 days. You will be notified by phone or e-mail
of any item not available, delays or backorders. Items ordered together
are not necessarily shipped the same day or from the same location. You
will be billed for items that have been shipped. Shipping to another address
or credit verification may cause delays. For your protection, we will take
the time to verify all "Ship To" orders.
Delivery schedules are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending
on ship-to locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow

This cost will be charged to you at the time of your purchase and is the cost for shipping and handling only. Additional costs related to duties and taxes ARE THE PURCHASER’S RESPONSIBILITY and will be collected by UPS via C.O.D. at the time of delivery.
We ship all orders to Canada via UPS (United Parcel Service) ground. Normal delivery time takes 5-10 business days once the order has been shipped. With all Canadian shipments, we must send all orders from our main office location. Please realize that this may delay the shipment date up to one week due to the necessary transferring of inventory.
All NEW Canadian orders will only be shipped to the billing address.

International Shipments
Due to the overwhelming demand of overseas shoppers we partnered with International Checkout to be able to serve the entire world! During the check-out process on our website you can click on "International Checkout" and you will be redirected to their site to complete your ordering process.
To place an order for international shipment, browse our web site and add items to your cart as usual. On the shopping cart page, there is a button that reads "International Checkout". After you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click that button. The contents of your StCroixShop.com cart will automatically be transferred to your cart at InternationalCheckout.com. Complete the order process at International Checkout. The friendly and professional people at International Checkout will process your order. All inquiries regarding your international order should be directed to Support@InternationalCheckout.com.
How to Use Your Shopping Bag
You will be able to browse and select items using your shopping bag. Putting
an item in your shopping bag does not necessitate a final purchase; items
will be retained in your shopping bag until purchase. Your shopping bag
will appear on all pages, allowing you to see how many items are in it while
